Chicken Nuggets with Peas and Carrots FRAMI ANGOLA

INGREDIENTS:


350 g of chicken breast

1 can of Frami Angola Peas with Carrots 425 g

10 g parsley

Salt and pepper q.b.

130 g of Frami Angola Wheat Flour

Frami Angola olive oil q.b.

Sesame seeds




PREPARATION:


1. Cut the chicken roughly and add the can of peas with Frami Angola carrots, parsley and seasoning to taste, crushing everything in a blender. Add the Frami Angola Yellow Corn Flour and grind again.


2. With the previously prepared mixture, mold the nuggets.


3. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.


4. In a frying pan with a drizzle of Frami Angola Olive oil, cook the nuggets until they are golden brown. Ready to serve!
