FRAMI ANGOLA Fish Stew
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 Slices of fresh fish
• 2 Onions
• 1 Can of peeled tomato Frami Angola 800 g
• 1 Red pepper
• 2 Tablespoons of seasoning lemon juice Frami Angola
• Salt q.b.
• Coriander or parsley q.b.
• Green chives (optional)
• Frami Angola Selecção Olive Oil
• Frami Angola Pepper Pasta q.b.
• Piri-Piri Frami Angola q.b.
PREPARATION:
1. Season the fish slices with salt and 1 tablespoon of Frami Angola lemon juice. In a pan, place the Frami Angola Selecção oil, onion, chives, coriander, the can of Frami Angola peeled tomato (all finely chopped), the sliced red pepper, the Frami Angola Pepper Pasta and the fish slices, finishing with a layer of seasoning.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of the Frami Angola lemon juice seasoning.
3. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes, but do not add water.
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with mush or white rice.
