FRAMI ANGOLA peas with poached eggs
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of peas Frami Angola 850 gr
500 ml Frami Angola Tomato Pulp
100 g bacon
1 chorizo
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 leaf of Laurel
5 eggs
1 Frami Angola broth
2 cups water
1 glass of white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil Frami Angola
Salt q.b
PREPARATION 1. Bring a pan to light with Frami Angola olive oil and chopped onion and garlic. Let it cooke for a few minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut the chorizo and the bacon into slices and add them to the sauté. Add the Frami Angola Tomato Pulp and stir well.
3. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add the white wine to the pan and let it evaporate a little. Then add the Frami Angola broth. Boil.
4. Add the can of Frami Angola Peas and add 2 glasses of water to them. Cook for about 15 minutes.
5. Taste the sauce and add salt if necessary. Break the eggs into the pan, careful not to break the yolk.
6 Cover the pan and cook for five minutes until the eggs poach. A simple dish, full of flavor!
