FRAMI ANGOLA stuffed crab

INGREDIENTS:


. 1 crab

. 1 egg

. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Frami Angola

. 1 tablespoons Ketchup Frami Angola

. 1 teaspoon English sauce Frami Angola

. 1 teaspoon of Oil Sublime Frami Angola

. 2 spoons (soup) Lemon Juice Seasoning Frami Angola

. 150 g of Pickles Frami Angola

. Delights of the sea q.s.

. Spicy Piri-Piri Frami Angola q.s.

. Salt q.s.

. Peppercorns q.s.

. Parsley q.s.





PREPARATION:


1. Boil the crab in water with salt and peppercorns for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool. Remove themeat from the carcass and set aside, together with the legs. Using everything inside except the gut andthe bag.


2. In a bowl, crush the meat, add the Frami Angola pickles and the chopped boiled egg, thetablespoons of Mayonnaise and Ketchup Frami Angola, the Sublime Olive Oil and the Lemon Juiceseasoning, the English Sauce and the Piri piri Frami Angola stir all very well.


3. Season with salt and pour this filling into the shell of the crab or into bowls. Smooth, sprinkle withchopped parsley or/and sea delights. Ready to serve!
