FRAMI ANGOLA Stuffed Sweet Potato
INGREDIENTS:
• 100 g of FRAMI ANGOLA chickpeas
• 100 g of FRAMI ANGOLA red beans
• 100 g of FRAMI ANGOLA corn
• 4 tablespoons of FRAMI ANGOLA tomato pulp
• 3 chopped garlic
• 150 g of FRAMI ANGOLA flaked mushrooms
• The teaspoon of FRAMI ANGOLA English sauce
• 1 large onion
• 1 large tomato cut into cubes
• FRAMI ANGOLA SELECÇÃO olive oil
• Sweet pepper, black pepper, grated cheese and salt q.b.
PREPARATION:
1. Boil the Sweet Potato;
2. Remove the inside of the potato using a spoon and set aside;
3. Saute with FRAMI Olive Oil to taste, onion and garlic and add 1 teaspoon of FRAMI ANGOLA English sauce.
4. Add the chickpeas, beans, corn, FRAMI ANGOLA mushrooms, the inside of the potato, the tomato cut into small cubes, the spices and saute for 10 minutes;
5. Stuff the potatoes with the stir-fry;
6. Place grated cheese to taste on top and place in a pre-heated oven for 15/20 min at 180º. Garnish with parsley.
