Ham, Mushroom and Olive Quiche FRAMI ANGOLA

INGREDIENTS:


For Pasta:


300 g of Frami Angola wheat flour

130 g of margarine

70 g water

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar


For the Filling:


1 can of Frami Angola mushrooms 355g

150 g ham, cubed

30 g of Frami Angola Black Olives (pitted, sliced)

100 g of mozzarella cheese

3 eggs

1 pack of light cream

salt q. b.

pepper to taste

1 spoon of Frami Angola Olive Oil



PREPARATION:


Pasta:


1.Place all ingredients in the blender jar in the order indicated and program 15 seconds.


2.Line a pie pan with the dough, prick all the dough with a fork, before baking, so that it doesn't puff up.



Filling:


1. On top of the dough, distribute the Frami Angola mushrooms, the ham in cubes and the Black Frami Angola olives cut into slices.


2. On top, spread the grated mozzarella cheese.


3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the Frami Angola Olive Oil, the cream, season with salt and pepper.


4. Spread the mixture on the tart pan


5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 minutes. Simply delicious!
