Hummus FRAMI ANGOLA


INGREDIENTS:


. 400 g of cooked Frami Angola Chickpeas

. 35 ml Oil Sublime Frami Angola

. 2 tablespoons of Frami Angola Lemon Juice Seasoning

. 1 clove of garlic

. 1 coffee spoon of cumin beans

. Salt q.b

. Pepper q.b

. Paprika q.b (optional)

. fresh Parsley or Basil

. 2 tablespoons of Sesame Paste (Tahini)





PREPARATION:


1. Heat the cumin in a skillet until browned. Put them in the mortar and grind them with the pestle.


2. Add the chickpeas and Sublime Frami Angola Olive Oil, the Tahini, and the garlic to the mortar or food processor and process until you get a more or less homogeneous puree, as you prefer.


3. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and add the Frami Angola Lemon Juice Seasoning. Mix well.


4. Drizzle with a drizzle of Olive Oil Sublime Frami Angola, sprinkle with paprika and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or garnish with basil.


Note: Accompany the humus with some good crackers, breadsticks, or tortillas.

You can also serve the humus with some raw vegetables cut into thin sticks: carrots, celery, cucumberor beetroot.
