Roll Cake with Strawberry Jam FRAMI ANGOLA


INGREDIENTS:


6 eggs 120 gr wheat flour Frami Angola 150 gr sugar 1 tablespoon of Multifloral honey Frami Angola 300 gr Strawberry Jam Frami Angola 1 parchment paper 1 spoon of butter




PREPARATION:

1. Turn on the oven at 180°C.

2. Beat the yolks well with the sugar and Multifloral honey Frami Angola, add the sifted Frami Angola wheat flour and continue beating.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and then mix them with the other prepared, wrapping well with the help of a wooden spoon. 4. Pour everything into the oven tray, previously covered with parchment paper and greased with butter, spread the dough well so that it is right and made to the oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

5. Unmold the dough on a clean kitchen cloth and remove the parchment paper, and let it cool down for a bit.

6. Spread the Frami Angola strawberry compote over the dough. Then start rolling the pie carefully, with the help of the cloth. Allow to cool completely before serving.
