Salmon with Lemon Sauce and Honey FRAMI ANGOLA
INGREDIENTS
• 4 large pieces of salmon.
• 800 g of broccoli
• 3 large potatoes
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200 ml of cooking cream
• 50 ml of brandy
• 2 tablespoons of Honey Frami Angola
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 2 tablespoons of Frami Angola Lemon Juice Seasoning
• 1 sprig of parsley• Salt and black pepper q.b.
• Lemon to decorate
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, pour them into a pot with boiling water, seasoned with salt, and let it cook.Remove with a slotted spoon, set aside and, in the same water, cook the broccoli, cut into sprigs.Strain, rinse in cold water and allow to drain.
2. Dry the salmon slices with absorbent paper and season them with salt.Brown them in a non-stick skillet, on both sides, and remove.Clean the pan with paper, heat it again with the peeled and crushed garlic, butter, honey and cream.Add the brandy, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil for a few minutes.Remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir.
3. Arrange the fish on a platter, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon.Serve with the baked potatoes and broccoli, preheated, and serve immediately.
